Subscriptions
Ongoing development for a fixed monthly fee
Instead of one large project fee upfront, you work on a monthly subscription. You submit as many requests as you like and we work through them one by one. Cancel any month, with no fixed end date.

Four plans
The difference is not a number of hours, but how much work runs at the same time and how quickly we respond. In a free introductory call we discuss which plan suits you and what it costs per month.
Basic
One discipline, continuously available
1 work stream at a time
For businesses that want ongoing help in one area, for example only integrations or only further development of an existing application.
- Unlimited requests in the queue
- One service of your choice: custom software, integrations, automation, AI or data
- Management and maintenance of what we deliver
Most popular
Growth
All services, with priority
1 work stream at a time
For businesses that want to place several kinds of work with one partner, without deciding for each request whether it falls within the agreement.
- All services, without having to choose
- Priority in the schedule over Basic
- A check-in every two weeks on the queue and priorities
Partner
Two tracks side by side
2 work streams at a time
For businesses where several departments need something at the same time, or where a new project runs while existing software is being developed further.
- Two assignments in progress at the same time
- A dedicated contact who knows your systems
- Monitoring and alerts on the integrations we manage
Full
Your complete software department
3 work streams at a time
For businesses that want to outsource software development entirely, including their own products that are continuously built on.
- Three assignments in progress at the same time
- Ongoing development of your own software product
- A dedicated team instead of a single contact

Subscription or project?
Both work. These are the differences in the arrangement.
No upfront price for the whole project
With a project you agree one price for a defined assignment. With a subscription you pay monthly and decide along the way what gets built first.
No discussions about extra work
Because there is no bundle of hours, a new wish is not a change to the assignment. It joins the queue and gets its turn.
Management is included
Maintenance, updates and fixing faults in what we have built are covered by the subscription for as long as it runs.
Cancel monthly
The subscription runs indefinitely and you can cancel any month. What has been delivered stays yours, including the source code.
Frequently asked questions
What does “unlimited requests, one workstream at a time” mean?
You can submit as many requests as you like; there is no maximum. We work through them one by one, in the order you decide. On Basic and Growth there is one assignment in progress, on Partner two and on Full three. That way you know someone is always working for you, and we know how much capacity to keep free.
What exactly is one workstream?
One clearly defined assignment, from start to delivery. An integration between two systems, a new screen, an AI assistant for one process. As soon as it is delivered, the next request in your queue moves up. A workstream means your assignment is being worked on until it is finished, not that a developer is reserved for you full time; the lead time depends on the size of the request.
Why are there no hours in the plans?
Because hours bundles lead to admin and debate: who counts, what falls within the bundle, what happens to unused hours. So we agree capacity instead of hours. If you do want an hours arrangement, for example because your internal reporting requires it, we include it in the quote.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, up or down each month. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades from the following month.
What happens to my queue if I cancel?
Work that is in progress when you cancel, we finish within the final month. Requests still in the queue lapse; they have not been paid for and do not carry over.
Does the code stay ours?
Yes. Everything we build is yours, including source code and documentation, also after cancellation. You are not tied to Kantex to keep going.
Is a one-off project still possible?
Yes. For a one-off assignment with a clear end point we provide a quote with a fixed price. A subscription is a better fit when you want to keep developing over time.
