Know what you have, everywhere
Kantex Stock is an inventory platform for retailers that shows for each item how much is in shops, the warehouse and the online shop. It combines data from the POS, scanners and RFID you already use, supports stock counts and replenishment and flags discrepancies, so you can sell across channels based on stock figures that are right.

Questions
Frequently asked questions about Kantex Stock
Can I use Kantex Stock yet?
Not yet as a product. Kantex Stock is in development and we are building it together with retailers that want to take part as pilot partners. If you have several shops, a warehouse or an online shop and your stock figures are currently out of step, email sales@kantex.nl. We will then look together at whether a pilot makes sense.
Do we need new scanners or RFID?
No. Kantex does not supply hardware. Kantex Stock works with data from the POS, handheld scanners and RFID readers you already use. If you do not have RFID yet, it also works with barcodes. If you switch to other equipment later, the platform stays the same.
Does Kantex Stock replace our ERP or POS system?
No. Your ERP and POS remain the systems where you sell and book. Kantex Stock pulls data from them and combines it into one picture per item and location. Where needed, we send corrections or availability back through those systems’ integration options.
Does Kantex Stock reorder automatically?
The platform suggests replenishment and transfers between shops, based on sales and the minimum stock you set. A member of staff reviews and confirms those suggestions. Whether you later want to automate certain steps is up to you.
